Neuroscience, made human
Learn together. Connect deeply. Practice daily. Build a life that fits.
A monthly learning community for neurodivergent adults.
The difference
The bridge. You finally understood yourself in therapy. Then it ended — and the structure, language, and community went with it. SOLA is the bridge between treatment and everyday life.
Who this is for
SOLA is a monthly membership where we learn how neurodivergent brains actually work, practice skills that fit them, and build a life around what we find. Self-identified or formally diagnosed — both belong here.
Any of this sounds like your week.
Members who tend to feel the biggest shift.
Not therapy, not coaching, not a crisis service. SOLA is education and community, designed to sit alongside the support you already have.
The SOLA Framework
Every behavior makes sense.
Before we change ourselves, we have to understand ourselves — neurodivergence, executive function, and nervous-system regulation.

Meet the founder
"Curiosity is one of the deepest forms of love."
I created SOLA from a place of deep understanding — both personally and professionally. As I synthesized everything I'd learned, it came together into one framework — a way to understand the cycle, and to change it. That's why SOLA exists.
We believe
Every brain makes sense.
Behavior is meaningful.
Healing happens through understanding before judgment.
Community changes nervous systems.
Progress matters more than perfection.
Understanding creates possibility.
Member voices
“Founding member reflections land here after our first month together.”
“We’d rather wait and share something real than write something we wish were true.”
“If you join now, one of these might end up being yours.”
